Employee Handbook

YourSource realizes that company guidelines range from industry to industry and even from company to company. Employee handbooks provide written documentation of what is expected of the employee. Many times these expectations are discussed verbally with the employee when they start their position.

With the YourSource employee handbook you are able to document your expectations, rules, and procedures so you have a common understanding with the employee. The YourSource employee handbook also provides a basis for disciplinary action or even termination if these guidelines have not been met.
